When you try and Google the Lower Saucon Authority, we will not be one of the first things that appears in the list. In fact, you have to dig a little lower for us. The first result you see will not be for our website – rather it will take you to our Facebook page.
Many of our customers use Google (see results below) to pay their bill online – and the 4th item says “Lower Saucon Authority | Pay Your Bill Online.” This is from a company called Doxo. We have absolutely no relationship with them and do not endorse them. They send us a check to cover your bill, but that is all they do. You may be taking a chance with them – to repeat, we have absolutely no relationship or agreement with them. If you use them and your payment is late, you are responsible for any late fees that may be incurred.
We advise our customers to use the payment link on our website https://lowersauconauthority.org to pay their bills. Click on the “Pay My Bill” button and you will be taken to a site managed by Invoice Cloud. We have a legal agreement in place with them, and they offer support to both us and our customers. This is how we prefer that our customers pay their bill online.
