Apply if you are a graduating Senior in the top half of your class and you can demonstrate the following:
~ Participation in environmental or science activities (water-related preferred)
~ Participation in civic, community, volunteer, or extra-curricular activities
~ Acceptance at an accredited college, university, or vocational school
