The Authority recently made a change in the way that our paper bills were printed. As part of this process, ALL bills produced in August 2025 were mailed out – even those that were supposed to be delivered electronically (by email). Please note – This was a one-time occurrence – everyone who wanted their bills delivered electronically will get them that way in the future.

This will have no impact upon those who have their bills paid by automatic electronic deduction. Payments will still be made that way this month. The way that the bills were produced will have no impact upon how the payments are collected.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We have made a correction to ensure that this does not happen again.
